It’s
normal to feel afraid, disbelieving, and even angry, when faced
with an unplanned pregnancy. Please email me your questions and
concerns, and I’ll show you how to find the real help you
need. I’ve been where you are, and I’m here for you!
Hey, it's Beth! I just want to let you know why some of you aren't
getting my answers to your emails. I do send an answer to every
email I get, but some of them come back "undeliverable" because
the email address you typed in isn't valid, or is missing completely.
If even one character is wrong or left out, I won't be able to
send you an answer. So if you want an answer, make sure
your email address is complete and correct. Thanks! |

Hi!
I’m Beth, and I’m here to answer your questions about
sex, abortion, pregnancy - whatever’s on your mind. I’ve
gone through pregnancy myself, normal as well as difficult. I’ve
lost a child through miscarriage. I know what it’s like
to be pregnant and afraid. Tell me your concerns, and I’ll
listen and make suggestions. If I don’t know the answer,
I’ll find it for you. Your problems have solutions, and
life can be better. If you want positive options from someone
who’s been there, you’ve found the right place.

I'm not really sure if I'm pregnant or not Me and my husband have had unprotected sex the past 4 times. For about a week now I've had mild menstrual cramping and nausea. I had my period 17 days ago. Well, actually when the cramps started it was about 10 days after my last period. I've been have dizziness as well. What should I do?
Answer Dear Katie - Sometimes ovulation can be accompanied by mild cramps, called "mittleschmirtz," along with the dizziness you mentioned. Once your next period is late by at least 7 days, you can do a home pregnancy test, then confirm the results with your doctor. In the meantime, I would suggest you discuss your symptoms with your doctor, in order to determine their cause. Beth
